This beautifully appointed, comfortable villa accommodates 10 adult guests (or 12 with 2 small children sharing a queen bed) - perfect for family gatherings, girls' trips or couples vacations. Located in a gated community with sweeping mountains views, lush tropical flora, privacy and all the amenities of a beach resort, this all-inclusive villa experience will have you returning every year to your "home away from home". The villa welcomes you with a large foyer that leads into an open concept living/dining room with soaring ceilings over 30' high. The dining room accommodates 12 people and the fully equipped kitchen is ready for your chef to prepare your breakfast or dinner at the villa if you choose. Or select one of the more than 2 dozen bars & restaurants with varied and excellent cuisine. Two sets of sliding doors from the main floor lead out to a covered deck with a large round table for outdoor dining or perhaps playing games and a comfy sitting area to lay back and enjoy the mountain views. Down the stairs from the deck is the lap pool and gazebo area with BBQ. There are plenty of loungers around the pool with umbrellas for shade as well as a jacuzzi tub directly above the pool for those that just want to take it easy. A powder room by the gazebo and outdoor shower make it easy to enjoy the outdoors without running indoors as often. A private pool just for your group is one of the most exclusive features of a villa compared to the typical shared resort pool.
There are 5 bedrooms in the villa, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms are on the main floor and three are on the second floor. One of the 2nd floor bedrooms has two queen beds, ideal for 4 young kids to share or two single adults. Two of the 2nd floor bedrooms have access to their own private, outdoor jetted tubs with privacy screens for a romantic bubble bath. One bedroom also has two desks for those that wish to "work from home". All bedrooms have access to a terrace or balcony with lounge furniture to unwind and enjoy the great outdoors day and night.
Villa guests have exclusive access to the resort facilities which include swimming pools, beaches, restaurants, bars, sports, shops, spa & fitness centers, excursions and resort events. The villa comes with 2 complimentary golf carts for getting around the massive resort.
Every villa is assigned a butler, maid and chef. All meals, including alcohol is included in the price. The villa is stocked daily with coffee, pop, water, milk, juice, and beer. In addition to the unlimited alcohol at the bars and restaurants, you can order full bottles of alcohol - spirits, wine and champagne to your villa (these are limited in quantities depending on group size and length of stay).
Airport transfers are also included, so all you have to worry about is getting there!
