Mar Brisas is located in Whale Hill Mirador area in the middle of all the NIGHT LIFE. Walking distance is MANNYS BEACH CLUB, clubs, restaurants and pharmacy. It is a 2 story home. Upon entry you will walk into a spacious living room. Where you can enjoy cable and a chimney right by to keep cozy and warm. Right by this living room is a half bathroom.

The top floor is where you will find the master bedroom with king size bed with a vanity and a big mirror perfect for the ladies to get ready for a great night out. This room includes walk in closet and a full bathroom. Room provides a desk for office work or enjoy a nice book.

The kitchen is fully equipped. It has everything you might need to cook a nice meal and enjoy with your friends and family. Provides microwave, plenty of plates and cups, blender, pots and pans etc. Everything you might need to cook a big family meal or just a basic meal.

The top part has nice patio. The VIEW is amazing! It has OCEAN VIEW! in this patio there is a table with 6 chairs to enjoy a nice coffee or a meal. Charcoal barbecue is located in this patio.

Downstairs is where the other 2 bedrooms are. One has a queen bed with a direct outside path. In this bedroom it includes an old school game console where your kids can enjoy some games.
The other room has a king bed with a closet and a full bathroom. The room has a tv where you can enjoy a nice movie.
