Condo features Queen sofa bed in living room, King size bed in the master bedroom, KING size bed in second room, and 2 twins in half bedroom(bunks). Master bedroom and living room have access to the balcony. Large separate walk in laundry room with full size laundry facilities.The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and Granite counter tops.

Resort Amenities: Kids pool with water slides, Grande Jacuzzi, Exercise room, Wide Walkway to beach and Grande sea side Palapa with pavers, lighting, gas grill; Individual sea side Palapas, Rental Check-in Area in Lobby, Free Parking, 24 hour security, 2 Elevators, 2 New Swimming Pools with swim-up bar. Should have been better. Not a luxury condo
Lacking in management, activities, pool services, restaurant hours, pool furniture cushions. Paved road at one area lined on both sides with trash which should be cleaned up. Absolutely horrendous road to the actual property. Property advertised on vrbo as Bella Vista not Plaza Azul which caused unnecessary frustration, and wasted time and money. Adequate directions and property conditions were not listed online.

Fun Summer Condo
I found this property on VRBO. At first I wasn’t too sure where it was located and now it makes sense. This resort is not on Sandy Beach. It is approximately 30 minutes from the fish market. If you don’t mind the drive into town then I say go for it. It is a new building. (Only floors 1-8 are completed out of 15) Condo 807 was beautifully decorated. Three bedrooms: 2 with king size beds and 1 with twin bunks. The pull out couch was new so it was comfortable for the kids to sleep on. Three AC units to control specific parts of the condo. The best part of this resort we’re the pools for the kids. So many slides to chose from. Our kids raging from 7-15 loved it! Because it is a new resort it almost felt like we had the pools and beach to ourselves. Back to the condo- The only things we felt were missing were: cookie sheets, extra blankets (for the pull out sleeper. There were none in the condo) extra Tupperware (to store food while you’re there) and the main thing missing… Curtains or blinds in the master bedroom. That sun was ferocious by 7am! The living room has a beautiful curtain/blind and the master bedroom could use the same one. Other than that… We’re looking forward to returning to Playa Azul!

Summertime Fun
We were hesitant about this booking since we have always stayed on Sandy Beach! We really enjoyed the peaceful and the family friendly atmosphere! The condo was beautiful and large enough for all of us! The drive into town wasn’t bad at all! We actually enjoyed having the beach to ourselves and not be overwhelmed with vendors ❤️ Highly recommend it!

Nice resort getaway
Had a hard time finding the property location as it is a little off the beaten path and has dirt roads. Building is still under construction so there was so noise during the week days. Internet was terrible in condo however the view, staff members and amenities that were open made up for it! Beautiful area and it will be a beautiful resort once completed!

Great brand new condo!
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It looks exactly as advertised, maybe even better. We had a problem with the wifi but the owner was quick to respond and get it handled. The only thing I would recommend is to provide more garbage bags, dish soap and small things like that. Otherwise everything else was perfect. I would definitely recommend this condo and this resort.
