Quality furnishing and the perfect location characterize BB 303 this 1 bedroom 1 bath private condominium at the Bella Sirena Resort. The main area is home to the kitchen, dining, and living room. From here a door leads into the bedroom suite, and sliding double doors access the patio.

Furnishings are done in wood tones, with leather seating and a TV/DVD combination in the main living room. The sofa provides a pull-out sleeper. A large mirror and other artistic touches define this space. The dining tables ample, and the kitchen has charming stenciling, granite counters, stainless sink, and black appliances. Roomy, the kitchen also boasts bar seating as well. You will find a coffee maker, blender, water cooler, and dishwasher.

BB 303 has a king-sized bed, dresser with end tables, TV/DVD player in the bedroom, and a bathroom with both a tub and a glass tile surrounded shower. There is also a washer and dryer in the condominium.

The patio looks out across the grassy and palm tree-lined walkways of Bella Sirena. Double chaise lounges are found here.

On the resort grounds, there is a gym available, and the popular Swim Lounge sits alongside one of the elegant pools. It is a terrific place to enjoy time with friends, watch a game, or try tempting and original food and drink.

Great location and somewhat more relaxed than the other mega properties in the area. Check in process to get access is not on site which is a slight inconvenience from other properties.

Amazing property

E have started at Bella Suena in the past and it is my favorite workout a doubt. The exposure of this particular condo provides excellent views while protected from direct Sun. Honestly the mattress could use replacement but the unit is very well maintained!

The property was fantastic, clean and well maintained. The condo was great. Very well equipped with all the features. AC was good. The only complaint i have is with the check in experience. The property is managed by a company called Casago. Well my reservation said check in time was 4pm . We checked in at 7pm and were charged $20 for a late check in fee. This was outrageous. When you rent this condo you must first go into town to do the processing etc etc . The office says on the door they are open till 11pm , this is a lie cuz we had to wait for a young man to come open up the office at 7.30pm then we got charged the $20 fee. There was an extra note on the front door that said they close at 5pm but how is it possible that you only have an hour window to check in ? I paid the $20 fee but will never use Casago again

Condo beautiful

Everything was perfect. Will stay here again! Entire complex very well maintained & secure. Only downfall you have to drive into town to casago to pick up keys was not on google maps & not easy to find. Other then that we didnt want to leave, bed was comfortable condo very clean had a great time.

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and fully stocked. The only downside is the registration process- you have to travel to the opposite end of town to pick up keys, then go back to the hotel and check in again to get the parking pass and bracelets. The amazing view made up for that small downside. Would definitely stay here again!
