"This far exceeded our expectations. The rooftop patio has a phenomenal view of the Sea of Cortez, as well as great sky views. Desert thunderstorms are an unexpected happening, but the vantage point made the time more vivid. This is a very cozy spot that accommodated the three of us comfortably"

"We had a large group traveling together and we all wanted to stay together. This rental was large enough to accommodate our group without feeling crowded. It was a short distance from the beach and boardwalk."

"Great view , relaxing, , and just big enough that some family could come by and hang out for the afternoon. What pressure is low and toilet suffers a bit because of that. Overall was really great 👍 Property managers were really nice and helpful to work with. Thank you Tony and Elizabeth."

"The wife and I enjoy staying at this place. Far enough away from everything but close enough if you need something. A few things : We had to use a couple of towels from those bags marked for Miguel Sanchez. Needed a dish towel and one to dry hands. The carbon monoxide plug in alarm was beeping upon arrival. I think the batteries might be bad in the smoke alarm as well. Just wanted to let you guys know. Just little stuff. Definitely will be back. Thank you."

"This is a great place to stay. If there’s other guest in the other units you would never know it it’s very private the rooftop balcony has amazing views. And you’re 30 seconds from the beach."

"We decided to go last minute so wasnt able to book our usual beach house but we enjoyed our stay at this place! Low key, quiet spot, super chill and great communication all around with management."

"Property was very nice but maintenance seems to be slipping a little. Lazy river under bridge areas has knocked out holes in tiles. Buildings near lobby across from coffee shop has huge dirty windows with finger writing on them. Dinner menu has shrunk in selection and proportion. Food is still delicious. Some favorite drinks are no longer part of happy hour. Over all our stay was fabulous despite these things but us repeat visitors do notice. The pools are not being heated as well as previously....
