"Very pleasant staff and clean, good sized rooms. For the price there could be some more amenities, particularly in the rooms, which are comfortable but basic. The breakfast could also do with some more variety. That said, the location is excellent and we enjoyed our stay."

"Excelente experiencia en Hotel Vendaval. Nos gustó muchísimo nuestra estadía. La limpieza fue impecable, las instalaciones muy agradables y, sobre todo, la atención de todo el personal fue excelente. Siempre fueron muy amables y atentos con nosotros. Además, el día que salimos muy temprano hacia Torres del Paine tuvieron el detalle de prepararnos un desayuno para llevar, algo que valoramos muchísimo y que demuestra la preocupación por sus huéspedes. Nos sentimos muy cómodos durante toda la estadía y sin duda volveríamos. Totalmente recomendado para hospedarse en Puerto Natales."

"The place was very clean. We picked it as we arrived late at 10pm via bus. It was a short walk from the bus station. Our trips picked us up from the hostal. We just noted it on our reservation that our hostal is not listed. The owner woke up earlier than us to accommodate breakfast when we had our early trips. She offered us juice and tea when we arrived late from our trip."

"Incredible breakfast. This was our favorite hotel stay of our Patagonia trip. Very unique and cool experience styled hotel. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was very reasonable and great. Great view of the sea"
