"Great property, good location, Would go again"

"I booked this villa 28 days to celebrate my and my partners “significant birthdays”, we had various family members out for a week at a time. Each family were most impressed by the villa. The location suited us to a t, supermarket a short stroll, ideal. The villa very well equipped with everything required for a “home from home” stay. Corralejo a short taxi or car journey away a good place to eat drink without being overly commercialised, further afield a joy to see the landscapes and sights....

"We stayed for 3 weeks in March and really enjoyed it. Giovanni met us on arrival and was very helpful. The welcome pack of a few beers and water in the fridge were appreciated. The co host Alberto was our contact for the duration of our stay but we didn't have reason to call on him. We did meet on check out day as he was equally as friendly and helpful as Giovanni. "What a wonderful place to get away from it all. The villa is such a clever design set in an extensive gated plot with generous space for parking. Going through the door we were delighted to find a walled courtyard with an outdoor dining set and cushioned bench in the sheltered space around a beautiful cactus garden. 3 doors lead away from the courtyard: one to the living space, 1 to a double bedroom & bathroom and 1 to a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom. "Max and Caroline were so helpful and lovely - nothing was ever too much! (Even buying us some emergency rosé from the local supermarket as a favour!) The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean with everything we needed. "Despite looking a little tired, Villa Estrella had everything we needed for a short break with our young grandchildren. The kitchen was well equipped and outside there were plenty of sunbeds, outdoor dining furniture & a bbq. Any issues we had were quickly dealt with by Claire & Gavin. "This has to be one of the best locations in Corralejo and having stayed in several beachfront villas in the area, this is one of the best. Everything from booking to arrival went seamlessly and the villa is far better equipped than we expected. Plenty of space for all the family to find their own space either inside or outside . The local shopping centre is a 5 minute walk and there are several beach bars on the doorstep. The centre of Corralejo and the port are an easy walk along the beach but...

"The villa is extremely spacious both inside and out with a great roof terrace with panoramic views, we had an issue with the fridge part of the fridge freezer which was almost as cold as the freezer itself, Our main issue was the location of the villa, very long walk into the main town of Caleta Fuste and villa is on the flight path which we found a bit annoying. Overall still enjoyed our stay there."

"My partner and I stayed for almost four weeks at Gilbert & Lyz's place and had a wonderful time. The property, which was exceptionally clean, is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and when we needed something Lyz was happy to supply it. The garden is as beautiful as in the photos, it is fairly secluded and we spend many hours sunning ourselves there. Lajares is a great little village. "Nice to be back again in this quiet bungalow with secure parking and the owners close by to help with any problems. A car here is essential, as the nearest restaurant is a 5 minute drive away, and nearest supermarket a 12 minute drive away. But the location is central for northern towns, villages and beaches."
