"I would 100% recommend this stay. Miguel is a great host and place is amazing. You do need a car and lot of good restaurants and bars near by. It is very private stay and very quiet. Definitely will come back again."

"This is a very well cared for villa in a great spot just outside La Orotava. It is located in a beautiful garden, very secluded and quiet. The villa is well equipped and comfortable. "Delightful small house in the middle of a large garden. Lots of space both inside and out. Although it's only a few metres from the main road it's very peaceful. Comfortable bed, well equipped. Susana, the host is very helpful and has good English. She also provided some very welcome food including wine, coffee, bread, butter, water, cheese and ham."

"If you want a quiet stay in the mountains, in a beautifully restored old house, then this is for you. I loved this place, especially once I got the fire going and a good meal with wine. It is like going back in time, so much character and tasteful antique decor. Its only a 7 min drive to the coast road. There are tapas bars near by which I didn't try, as was happy to cook. "If you're looking for a place to recharge your batteries this is it. Took a bit of finding (keep going to end of the road when you turn onto Camino del Chamizo) and the roads are very steep, but was worth the effort. The house is well equipped and spacious. The views from the outside area are spectacular. Would definitely recommend a stay here and we will hopefully be back."

"Es ist ein wunderschöner Flecken auf unserer Erde und tausend Mal schöner als jedes Hotelzimmer. Die Unterkunft ist zwar klein, aber grundsätzlich mit allem versehen, was man im Urlaub braucht. Selbst das Internet ist rasend schnell! Am besten ist aber der traumhafte Außenbereich mit tollen Plätzen, die alle einen wunderschönen Blick haben. Wir hatten eine Woche mit recht viel Regen, trotzdem haben wir es genießen können!"

"Place really needs an update as everything seems really old and worn off. Kitchen was basically falling apart and had ants. Bathroom canal was smelly and the wall around the door including the door were all bruised and chipping off. The bed was probably the best thing about the the place as it was large and we found it comfortable but the place really needs some maintenance. Breakfast was ok and we think it would have been ok to not have it included. However the staff were very kind, friendly...
