"The hotel facilities are very well maintained, and the pools are clean; everything works perfectly. The buffet offers excellent food. The only area that could use some improvement is the à la carte restaurants; the menus are very simple, and most of the dishes aren't particularly good. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent—kudos to the staff as well."

"My experience at **Devossion by Live Aqua Playa del Carmen** was truly amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, relaxed, and taken care of. The resort was beautiful, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the adults-only setting made it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some much-needed time away. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. I especially loved the overall ambiance, delicious food, and the little touches that made my stay feel special. It was exactly the kind of getaway I needed, and I left feeling refreshed with wonderful memories. I would absolutely recommend this resort and would love to come back again!"
