Sleeping Arrangements



The apartment accommodates up to 7 guests:



• Primary bedroom: one king bed.

• Second bedroom: two queen beds.

• Living room: one single sofa bed.

• 2 full bathrooms.



Both bedrooms have blackout curtains. Air conditioning and ceiling fans help keep you comfortable, while the living room’s 75-inch Smart TV is perfect for a movie after a day at the beach.

The pool and gardens are shared with other condominium guests and residents. The apartment and its terrace are exclusively for your group.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you’ll have exclusive use of the entire apartment: both bedrooms, both full bathrooms, the living room, kitchen, dining area, and private lagoonfront terrace with outdoor dining and a BBQ grill.



You’ll also have access to the condominium’s shared areas:



• Infinity pool overlooking the lagoon.

• Gardens and outdoor spaces.

• Lagoon access to use the paddleboard included in your stay.



The pool and gardens are shared with other guests and residents. Parking is available within the condominium, in a gated community with controlled access and 24/7 security.



Self check-in is available via a key lockbox. Before your arrival, you’ll receive instructions for entering Puerto Aventuras, locating the parking area, and accessing the apartment.



The nearby gym and spa are outside the condominium. Both cost extra and are not included in your reservation.



The Neighborhood:

Puerto Aventuras is a gated residential community where the marina, canals, and lagoons are part of the scenery. Its relaxed atmosphere invites you to enjoy marina strolls and waterfront meals with family or your partner.



The apartment overlooks the lagoon. The nearest beach access is just a 2-minute walk away, while a gym and spa are approximately a 4-minute walk away, outside the condominium. Both charge additional fees.



The marina is one of the community’s main gathering spots, with restaurants, cafés, and shops to explore. Enjoy breakfast, stop for a coffee, or settle in for dinner after a day at the beach.



If you’d like to explore beyond Puerto Aventuras, you can plan trips to Playa del Carmen, Akumal, and Tulum, as well as visits to cenotes and other Riviera Maya attractions.



Getting Around:

Explore the immediate surroundings on foot—the nearest beach access is just a 2-minute walk away.



For longer trips within Puerto Aventuras, you can rent a golf cart or bicycle to visit the marina, restaurants, and shops.



To explore Playa del Carmen, Akumal, Tulum, cenotes, or Riviera Maya parks, we recommend renting a car or arranging a taxi or private transportation.



Your stay includes 1 assigned parking space within the condominium.



Mayan Getaways can help you explore car rental, golf cart rental, and transfer options. These services cost extra and are subject to availability.



Other Things to Note:

Guest Registration



The condominium is located within Puerto Aventuras, a gated community with controlled access. Before your arrival, we’ll request the information needed to register all guests and facilitate entry. Everyone staying at the apartment must be included in the reservation.



Check-in and Check-out



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m., and check-out is before 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out must be arranged in advance, are subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge.



Community Guidelines



Parties and events are not permitted. Please follow the condominium rules, respect shared spaces and quiet hours, and keep noise levels low, especially after 10:00 p.m.



Child Supervision



Children must be supervised by an adult, particularly around the pool, on terraces, and near the lagoon.



Pool Loungers



Pool loungers are limited and shared with other guests and residents. Reserving loungers or leaving towels or personal belongings to hold them while they are not in use is not permitted.



Interaction with Guests:

Before your arrival, you’ll receive clear check-in instructions and essential information about the apartment to help you settle in smoothly.
