The only downside is that while the staff were able to supply a password for the bar wi-fi, they didn't seem to know the password for the wi-fi networks covering the accommodation buildings (and my Spanish wasn't good enough to enquire further)."

"The parador is in a splendid position overlooking the planes around Jaen. The interior of the parador is fantastic and rooms are superb! We deducted 1 star as we thought the food in the parador is at best ok and expensive for what it is but it’s definitely worth a stay for a night"

"This was an unusual place to stay overnight on our way further South in Spain. The location was accurately given by both Google Maps and Waze. You have to trust them as the approach looks a bit unlikely as you get nearer. May be tricky if arriving in the dark.
