"Breakfast wasn’t that good. No daily housekeeping."

"The staff was rude, the young lady at the front desk when I tried to return the key cards just staring at me and not even said thank you. The coffee for breakfast it was just water, they admitted that it wasn’t proper made so they need to do it again."

"The hotel is well-located. The staff members were very helpful and nice. The hotel was full during our stay. The breakfast and coffee were very helpful for our busy schedule. The refrigerator and microwave were also helpful. The 11 AM checkout time was helpful. Unfortunately, we had to manually reconnect our phones to the hotel internet service each time we returned, which was frustrating. All in all, we enjoyed and appreciated our stay."

"The staff was GREAT. I used to train hotel staff and fix hotels. This staff gets a gold star from me. The lady who checked us in not only had our room ready but had made sure to exceed all requests by adding welcome personal touches. She is special. The breakfast was good and fresh. It was about what I expected for a continental breakfast on a budget. The gal working the area was exceptionally helpful and sweet. The only reasons I had to leave 4 out of 5 stars were because the beds were hard as rocks and the toilet was as short as a squatty potty or child's toilet. Both made the stay very uncomfortable. Such a shame and enough of a reason for us to stay elsewhere when returning to the area. I would love to keep this hotel in my pocket if it wasn't for those reasons but comfort is a big deal."

"Breakfast was the only decent thing they had. Room was dirty with other peoples body hair left in bathroom and sink area. Noisy area right next to a gas station. Check person at the register was the rudest I have ever come across. To the point I asked for a refund just because of his attitude. Would not stay here again!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Well appointed, modern remodeled apartment with everything needed. Easy communication with host. Location is convenient to downtown. Regarding neighborhood, a 7.5/10. Walked around neighborhood in daytime a few times and was fine. Bedroom windows do let in some filtered light at night. Didn’t bother us too much but might want sleep mask if it does others. Mattress is foam type but was comfortable and pretty new. Cleanliness was good, really good for kitchen and bath. Did see a small dust bunny etc. but better than most hotels or other rentals. I would go back. "
