Cama: Bien Atención del personal: Muy bien TV e internet: Horrible Baño y regadera: muy bien Ropa de cama y toalla: regular Es una crítica constructiva: el internet o cable debe de funcionar bien ya que es parte de un buen servicio y más cuando se va con niños que no fue mi caso pero es indispensable hoy en día.

The staff was very helpful and nice, however I find it odd that you don’t get a key for your room, you have to ask the staff to open the door whenever you want to come in. The WiFi never worked, and so did the tv since it was connected to the same WiFi.
