Convenient place right next to the Zocalo and Cathedral, lots of walkable shops and restaurants near by. The hotel itself needs to be updated, I’d say it was just ok, this is our second time there, but I don’t think we will come back, needs a little upgrade for sure. Last year breakfast was included, this year they took that feature out. Location is key in this stay but that’s it.

Stayed here for 2 nights! The ac wasn’t working. There’s a restaurant lounge on the roof, so be prepared to not sleep if there’s an event going on during your stay. Nice small hotel. Staff was okay.

Stayed in the executive room with a balcony terrace… that’s pretty much what you’re paying for. If you’re not paying for that, find somewhere else to stay. Wifi doesn’t work, tv’s don’t work. Elevator will be not usable from 10 am - 10 pm because of the restaurant. Location can’t be beat.

When I arrived the front desk clerk was with a friend on the couch. I was ignored until I rang the bell! Totally unprofessional! Then She kept telling me my reservation had been cancelled! I had to show her a recent email confirming the reservation and that it was paid for.

Esta super bien ubicado el hotel, pedimos habitacion con vista a la Catedral y nos toco en 2do piso la vdd excelente Y cenamos en el restaurant Attico 303 (arriba del hotel ) y 10 de 10 la verdad excelente se tiene que cenar o desayunar aprovechando el hotel Lo unico es que el elevador es compartido para llegar al restaurant como al hotel eso puede ser inseguro. De ahi en mas via whats apps me respondieron pidiendo la contraseña del internet y me respondieron amablemente enserio gracias Recomendado Hotel en su vista a PUEBLA MEXICO 🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽
