"We loved this property! Really I can't recommend this hotel more highly. While it was a little tricky to locate, it is worth the search. The staff, especially Israel were very kind, helpful and attentive. Each room has distinct artwork and personalized touches. Though the crystal chandeliers and bathtubs made my stay feel extra luxurious. The naughty cherib motif ran throughout the hotel and the views of the volcano from the roof were spectacular. We also enjoyed the roof top bar and deck. Finally, if you have the chance please frequent the restraunt downstairs for an unforgettablely scrumptious delight. Their soups really stood out made with seasonal ingredients and unforgettably delicious. We had such a pleasant stay we tacked on an extra two nights. "

The building itself, which was built in the 1700 hundreds has an amazing vibe. As soon as you walk in you feel a quiet aura and tranquility. You hear multiple languages being spoken, which gives Casa a true international feel and it’s not just young people, but people of all ages. The common areas provide an opportunity for guests to chat about their travel experiences and future plans. You also have solo space, which is welcome. Casa Pepe is the best place to stay in Puebla, as it is a low key, extremely well run hostel/hotel, a no stress zone that lets you chill out and serves as your base to explore Puebla."

"No on-site dining however several nice restaurants right outside down the street and across the street. Did have a nice breakfast setup. Area very close to the sites in downtown Puebla. Can walk to downtown in about 15 min."
