"The room was gorgeous. Definitely not a conventional hotel but that’s what makes it such a great find. I loved the little sitting area off the main bedroom. The details in the room and bathroom and even in the shared spaces were excellent. The cleaning staff were so kind and attentive. Even the host was very communicative and super helpful. Location is great. We walked to the Centro and saw so much of Puebla along the way. "

"Excellent hotel. If we come back to Puebla, we will stay here again, comfortable, clean and so close to everything, restaurants, zocalo, etc. Elizabeth and Monica were kind, attentive and so nice and they always made us feel at home. "

"The hotel and rooms are very comfortable, newly renovated. New appliances but not the best quality, flimsy plastic coffee maker, good microwave.Plumbling fixtures in the sink and bathroom are also new but not installed properly, the are loose. Not the best finishing quality. Overall is a good hotel, modern with colonial details, nice big roof terrace and inner courtyard to relax. Hotel located close to catedral, shoping areas and restaurants. Very helpful and attentive staff."
