This contemporary house is simple and intimate. It consists of a kitchen / dining / sitting room area on the ground floor and two bedrooms, a bathroom and a beautiful terrace on the upper floor. One bedroom is with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), and the other is with a twin bed (90 x 200 cm). At guest's disposal is a separate kitchen / dining area (tavern type) with an indoor fireplace. The property is equipped with 4 air conditioning units in total. The sitting area, both bedrooms, and the tavern are equipped with one unit each. Furthermore, the sitting area and the tavern are equipped with a SAT TV set.The house is located in a perfect location with beautiful views of this lovely village and the bay with crystal-clear water. You can enjoy the view from the furnished terrace a few meters away from the sea. To go to the beach you just have to go down the stairs and cross the street. The center is 400 meters away.The house can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. A double and a twin bedroom for four people, and a single pull out sofa (size 80 x 200 cm) for the fifth guest in the sitting area. To make your stay on Island of Brač as pleasant as possible, the house has been equipped with all equipment you might need.

Great stay!

The apartment was very comfortable and just a few steps from the water. Lidija and Tonci were very helpful and friendly and we had a very enjoyable and peaceful stay. Quiet, well equipped, comfortable beds and quiet and efficient air conditioning. We loved sitting on the front balcony in the evening

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Die Vermieterin hat das Haus sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Terrassen geschmackvoll bepflanzt. Gerne wieder !

Tip-Top! Wohnung, Lage, Kommunikation

Waren mit Familie dort (2 Kinder, ein und drei Jahre). Wohnung modern, sauber, auf zwei Etagen, exakt so wie auf den Bildern. Zwei Terrassen, eine mit Blick über die Bucht, eine hinter dem Haus, ganz privat. Strand direkt vor der Tür, die kleine Straße dazwischen scheint nur für Anwohner, so gut wie gar kein Verkehr. Mini-Supermarkt maximal 5 Min. entfernt für das Nötigste völlig ausreichend. Paar Restaurants und ein Spielplatz im 10 Minuten Umkreis. Durch die Bucht kaum Wellengang, Kieselstrand geht flach ins Wasser bevor es dann abrupt tief wird. Keinerlei Seeigel oder Ähnliches. War alles einwandfrei, würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. Vermieterin wohnt im Nachbarhaus, absolut unaufdringlich, jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wirklich: Alles hervorragend!

What an amazing place!!

We absolutely loved our stay. The hosts were exceptional and gave us valuable advice on the best restaurants in the area together with other recommendations of places to visit. All their recommendations were fantastic. The villa was immaculately clean, with two fantastic terraces - the front one has amazing view over the bay. The beach was a 1.5-minute walk away. We had a brilliant time there and would definitely recommend as a perfect spot in a stunning location.

The perfect holiday location

Just an all round fantastic apartment. Great location and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. The front balcony is ideal for chilling out and watching the numerous vessels come and go from the towns marina, which surrounds the town, with plenty of bars and restaurants all round the town.
