"The private entrance to the property was the first indication we had chosen for something special for our stay on Kos. "A lovely but basic apartment right on the beach with a small pool. Had the pool to ourselves most the time. There is a bus stop opposite or about 20 mins walk to centre. We were out of check in time so emailed but received no response, we called and they had received email. They sort check in so if you don't have a reply it will all be fine "

"Please stay somewhere else!!!! We stayed as a party of 4 with 3 rooms. Our room didn’t have hot water in the morning and their response was that we needed to wait until 9 or so. Our friend’s rooms, which were not near the office, had no Wi-Fi and it wasn’t addressed. The beds were hard, cheap and you were able to feel the springs. We were all sore in the morning. "They let my friends and I leave our luggage there before check-in which was very nice. We also got to leave the luggage there after we checked out because our flight was not until later in the day. The place was perfect to come back to after spending the day at the beach. It is right at the edge of the town so it does not get too loud, but you can still walk everywhere. "The stay was amazing. Liked all the amenities at the property and proximity to the beach. Extremely clean room and grounds. Room service does an excellent job. They were a bit too strict and made my friend that was staying with me uncomfortable since I didn’t add her to the reservation. The reservation was for 3 people. I added only myself and this became an issue even though it was just my friend staying with me. "

It's perfectly located near the marina, but not too close. it's an easy walk on the pathway into town for great restaurants and shopping. Our hosts were the best! They helped us make arrangements for airport transfers, a private tour of the island, massage therapists at the house for couple's massages and an all-day boat rental with a captain.
