"Cottages have most of the bedrooms whereas Main house has 3 bedrooms. Cottages were not as nice as main house and has no central heat - portable heaters provided, no microwave in the kitchenettes. Property is very pretty and vast. Floor plans would be very helpful to understand all the bedroom layout."

"Joe was an excellent host and great communicator. Got an email from him early the day of check in that place was ready and we could check in early. The only issue I have is saying place is ocean view is a bit of a stretch. You can see the ocean on the horizon through the trees etc. There is no real view. You will be in your car to go to beach and restaurants as its beyond what most people would walk. Its 30 plus minutes to walk to beach and if you wanted a chair or cooler or any such thing its...
