"Checked in at 4 sheets were wet and window wouldn’t lock. Notified the front desk and was told they would take care of both. Came back at 9:30pm and the sheets were still wet and the window hadn’t been fixed. I was told to put the heat on for 45 mins and that a dehumidifier was placed in my room. It wasn’t there. After much back and forth I was given new sheets and a lock was placed on the window. The shower didn’t work. It was a horrible stay and I would like a refund"
