"Sundance Mountain Resort was a very fantastic place to stay, relax and ski. We enjoyed the mountain, the spa and all the restaurants on the hill. The staff were lovely, kind and friendly. Our only complaint is we didn’t have a car, so when we needed some basic supplies, there was nothing available on the mountain itself and no way to get it up there. Otherwise we had an amazing time. "

"I called VRBO and the owner on April 18th to cancel my reservation. The owner was very kind and asked if everyone was okay. I told her my sister was unable to make it. VRBO told me that I had called in time to receive a full refund. They have since emailed me and said that since there was no proof that i had called to cancel, I would not get a refund.
