"Check-in was extremely disorganized and took a long time likely due to the hotel using a newer computer system. Hotel staff seemed confused by the new system which caused issues. Our first room was determined to be unacceptable due to stains on bed mattresses indicating possible bed bugs. We were told that the room's window had been left open for over 24 hours by a previous guest allowing some insects to get in and that the room may need to be fumigated. After requesting to be re-roomed, we were assigned a room adjacent to the first room which we determine to be unacceptable since bugs can often travel between walls. I also heard other hotel guests experiencing challenges with the check-in and rooming process including one who was given a room in which another guest was already assigned."
