Enjoyable Stay
Very clean, and well decorated home. Across the street from the beach and well equipped. Mauricio from Vacasa stopped by to check-in on us while we were there and to see if we needed anything. Very pleasant stay and would stay again.

It was fine. I would give the beds a B but we are old and fussy. They would probably be ok for most people. The apartment was fine, beautifully clean. The owner has tried to anticipate all the needs of his tenants. The only drawback was that the apt. is in a large complex that is some distance from town. But, all in all, it was just what we needed as we had to leave our house for a week as it got new windows. Price in April was quite reasonable.

Great Stay in a Quiet Area
Just a 15-30 minute walk (and shorter bike ride) from the center of Provincetown, this unit was stylishly decorated and comfortable for our group of three. Included the basics like bar soap, shampoo & conditioner, and cleaning products (minimal other kitchen items). The laundry is a single machine ($2.25/load) and a dryer accessed through basement doors in the adjacent building, but we needed up not using it. Apparently, there’s also a grill available for use. Would stay again (bike rentals for BYO highly recommended).

Overall Enjoyable Stay in Provincetown
I stayed with my friend for 7 nights in this property. Overall an enjoyable stay. The property was clean when we checked in, and instructions to access the key to the door were straightforward. Beds were comfortable and towels and other amenities were supplied, which was nice. The location was a bit far from the center of town (about 1.8 miles), so transportation became an expense if we did not want to walk to go out at night or walk back in the dark. Also, I was hoping there would be a washer and dryer in the unit.

Property was very clean and freshly decorated. However if you need any help, or if anything goes wrong, you are out of luck. This property is managed by a national company/app, with no customer service. If you call, you are on hold forever. I hung up each time after 30 min on hold. If you text, all you get is generic responses from someone clearly not based in the US. We had a couple of problems that were never resolved.
