"Sweet cottage! Small, but just right for a couple. Pristinely clean and well stocked with everything that could be needed. Great charm and character, and close to everything on the outer Cape. Lovely outdoor space, with sunset views, and a screen porch for eating. Only encountered one mosquito near the marsh after dark. Loved it, thanks Scott"

"We loved this house! It was small but accommodated the four of us easily. Beautiful back deck with gorgeous bay views. Really lovely, very accessible private beach. And convenient to town, rail trail and ocean. Parking was a little tight -- when they say you can only park two cars, they mean it."

"House was clean with a good location. However, advertised cable TV box was not working. We wanted to see Olympics too. WiFi password available 2 days after check in. No toilet paper, one dysfunct fan. Realty company who runs the rentals was of no help. In summary : cute little cottage needs a bit more attention to detail by owner/ realty co."

"We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the breeze and views in this beautiful home off of Drummers Cove. The house easily accommodated us (4 adults) and was just a bike or car ride away from the sights and sounds of Wellfleet. Note: google maps does not recognize this location as being in Wellfleet and sends you instead to Eastham. Best to arrive for the first time by daylight to read the house address!"

"The cottage was a perfect, comfortable and cozy place for us to stay. It was clean, charming and had many windows to make it bright. It was located on a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown. Contact with the owner(s) was easy and they checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay! We'd stay here again on any trips back to P-Town."

"Overall the property was a good value for the cost. Location has a shuttle stop right at it that was great for getting to downtown Provincetown easily and access to the beach was easy. The beds were a bit creaky but overall were okay. The shower had little pressure and the towel bar fell off the wall, but other than that really clean and easy to check in and out. Definitely worthwhile to stay again. "

"Had a nice stay at this condo. It’s about a 25 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants but if the weather is fine, it’s not bad. I didn’t give a perfect rating because the condo was outdated with finishings and the coffee maker was kinda cheap and flimsy. Beds were comfortable, and plenty of towels. Nice waterfront view from the living room area."
