"Location is off the beaten track but provides great views and a peaceful location. Lots of work had been done to create this place and we understand that lots more is in the pipeline which is great. Lovely welcome on arrival and very helpful and informative staff. If you have use of a car, then we found this was a great base for exploring the south eastern parts of Sicily."

"Food was excellent and beautifully presented. Most of the ingredients were from the farm. The dinners more than met expectations. Each evening meal was delicious, and no dish was repeated during our 3 night stay. From the appetizers to the limoncello, all was wonderful. Everything was served with a friendly smile and explanation. One of us is vegetarian and they happily accommodated. Here you will find a working farm with friendly service, clean accommodations and a wonderful atmosphere."
