"The villa more than lived up to the photos and descriptions. Stunning hilltop location that offered privacy, 360–degree views, and easy access to Matera and a couple of small charming towns, as well as day trips to the higher-profile tourist towns like Polignano, Alberobello, etc…. "The La Villetta Xenia house and property were beautiful and easy driving access to see all that Matera has to offer. We were a party of 7 adults and the accomodations were great. bedrooms very comfortable and spacious. The only downside was that we only had 2 bathrooms for 7 people. The other bathrooms were all locked. If I stayed again I would specify what was needed. We did just fine with the 2 bathrooms anyway. I would definitely recommed this VRBO to larger groups and would stay here again....

"We really enjoyed our stay and couldn't fault it. The property was well equipped with everything we needed and spotlessly clean. Angela was very friendly and provided us with good suggestions of where to visit and where to eat. We travelled to many of the villages and towns she recommended and loved Basilicata.
