"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."

"Sadly, this place has great potential but it is a poor experience based on horrible customer service and poor amenities. It started with the front staff requiring higher extra fees than what was stated in the ad, blaming Hotels.com for having wrong information. My family then had to wait outside the reception for 45 minutes - no, they were not even allowed in to our room nor to use the pool - while I had to drive to an ATM to get cash to pay the fees. Who said customer experience is important?...

Da es eine Spülmaschine gibt, wäre etwas mehr Besteck wünschenswert. Wir hatten nur 3 Sets. Hinter der Anlage liegt eine Firma mit LKWs die sehr früh mit den Arbeiten beginnt, was durchaus nervig sein kann. "La struttura e' molto carina anche se necessiterebbe di un rinnovo dei locali comunque le stanze sono pulite. Ogni camera ha un piccolo patio al coperto con un tavolo e 4 sedie. C'è anche un piccolo cucinino con le cose essenziali. Il frigo è capiente. La posizione è molto comoda per accedere alla spiaggia, solo 10 minuti a piedi. "Our room was very clean and unique. The air conditioning was excellent. Gianluca, our host /owner was very informative and attentive to our needs. He recommended excellent nearby restaurants and he made reservations for our first evening having just arrived. His sisters made us a delicious and sustainable breakfast every morning with fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, a selection of pastries and breads, eggs and a selection of meats and cheeses and cappuccinos . It was an enjoyable, restful stay. I should mention it was a 5 minute walk to the entrance of the old town where the sites, shopping and other eateries are located. Very safe area!!!!"
