"We enjoyed spending a week here. The place was charming and definitely tucked away down a quiet street surrounded by mountains. Our host Maria was easy to contact. We only met her once as she was mostly out of town when we were there but she was gracious enough to let us see the 4 alpacas up close and feed them. "What a beautiful little find this place was. The photos don’t actually do the place enough justice. It is beautiful. Set in rural countryside but close to shops and just a 20 min train ride to Rome. The hosts were just wonderful. They were so kind and approachable and extremely helpful. We could not have asked for better hosts than Isobelle and Patrice. And their English was fantastic! Highly recommend the place."

"Beautiful old stone home with all the amenities. A fully stocked kitchen large enough for 6-8 to eat at the table. The views outside the windows are spectacular! Communication with the owner was fabulous! She always responded with any problems or questions. The caretakers Ivana and Luigi were very accommodating and helpful. "I want to give this hotel 5 stars, but I cannot since they double charged me and has not given my a refund as of today, 2 months later. The young lady that checked me out said the room was not prepaid. OF COURSE I should have run out to the car and found my prepaid email from Hotels.com, but I did not, I trusted her. "Lovely home, however, there were some issues. Almost every dish we pulled out was dirty and unfortunately we kept having to deal with ants by the front door area, where the garbage/recycling bins were. Communication with the host was ok. I didn't get responses to questions asked prior to arriving, which is bad form. "

"My partner and I stayed here for a week the beginning of November. The directions given were excellent and it was easy to find. We were met at the gates and shown the apartment which was spotlessly clean, spacious and had everything we needed. There was a balcony to sit outside and space to dry washing. We had hired a car and I would say you need a car here as although nothing is far away the road outside of the apartment is very busy and fast! Overall a great base to explore Italy."
