"Me and my family (5 people) lived in the apartment on the first floor with three bedrooms. All the bedrooms had a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. It was not a luxury apartment, but a very charming apartment. Two of the doors in the apartment didn't work well and need a bit fixing. The apartment's location was perfect for us. Very nice, great room, but smoky.

"The hotel was great overall. The customer service was good. Our only complaint is that our room smelled like strong cigarettes. It was as if someone was smoking while cleaning. Towels, tissue paper, and pillow cases all as if we were breathing in ashtray. Aside from that, the view was great and the pool nice (minus an adult man that kept spitting in the pool!) The staff was fabulous. The breakfast was amazing and dinner very good. It was nice to get up and away from the tiny Italian streets."
