"Fantastic house for families. We had 6 adults and 4 children ranging from 9 to 16 and the house was a perfect set-up to meet our family's needs. The house had a couple of small issues but the management company was quick to reply to texts and send someone over to resolve the issues. We enjoyed Sapodilla bay and during the week the beach was very quiet and at times felt like we had it to ourselves. I would highly recommend this property!"

"Turtle Ridge Villa had everything our family of 10 could need. There was plenty of space, allowing everyone to have privacy—yet the layout was ideal for bringing everyone together in the common spaces. The pool and outside grill area was fantastic and the short walk to the private beach was something our family thoroughly enjoyed. We rented two SUVs and we were less than 5-10 minutes from all of the popular restaurants and shopping areas. A true home away from home."

"The house is charming and just a short walk to the beach and the best snorkeling on the island. We had some issues that were beyond the control of the property manager and she was responsive, made sure things were fixed and that we were satisfied. We had a fantastic vacation and Charlene could not have been a better host!"

"Beautiful location. Perfect for our needs. Property is showing its age. Many lamps did not work in guest house A/B. The tv was disconnected from internet. Smoke alarms not functioning. No batteries in them. Many screens had large holes. The sliding glass doors derailed and would not close."

"This was an excellent condo with everything I needed for my stay. The only recommendation I have is that they repair the pool area. There is wear and tear around the pool with many tiles missing on the side of the pool. However, it is still a great place to relax after a long day on the beach!
