Villa Vivace - New Luxurious Seaside Home

This stunning villa with 360 degree views over the neighboring Leeward waterway, sits just 5 minutes away from the ocean front. Villa Vivace offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 adults. This contemporary, gated single-story property was designed by the award winning architect, John Redmond Associates, and constructed by the island’s leading building company AND Construction Ltd., to a meticulous standard.

Set within 0.85 acres of tranquil grounds and with a 42 feet boat dock, the villa features a large 30 x 15 feet outdoor swimming pool with a large private deck, which is ideal for sun-worshippers, whilst there is a covered terrace for when you’re looking for a quiet selected spot out of the sun.

Undoubtedly, one of the stand-out features of the property is its exquisite interior design which was personally overseen by the owner and interior designer, Gul Jenkins. All of the furnishings were hand-chosen to compliment one another and blend beautifully to create a comfortable and stylish home.

Villa Vivace is a gated residence situated in a very safe and friendly residential area. The property is also equipped with a monitored security system for added peace of mind.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The stunning 30 x 15 feet outdoor pool is the focal point of the villa's fabulous grounds. There is a gas Weber BBQ and grill with gas burners, perfect for family entertaining and the beautiful terraces are ideal for a sundowner or two! Natural vegetation, bougainvilleas, and tropical plants feature throughout the villa's extensive grounds.

LOCATION
Villa Vivace is just 5 minutes from Pelican Beach, of the least crowded and most beautiful beaches on the island! Grace Bay Beach is just a 5-minute drive away. It is also close to all of the amenities of Grace Bay, including fine restaurants, shopping, excursion companies, spas, resorts, the Provo Golf Club, casino and art galleries.

Fabulous stay in Turks!

Great house with lots of space, in a fabulous location. House manager was super helpful setting up excursions when requested. We rented kayaks a couple days which was a great way to explore beaches that are hidden away with no people! Definitely recommend!

Lovely Home

Villa Vivace is a lovely home. We truly enjoyed our stay. Mid week cleaning was awesome with fresh sheets on bed, floors mopped and towels refreshed. Electricity is a seperate charge and expensive. Even with the high electric bill it was still reasonable for the area.

All around great place! Close to Grace Bay and a safe neighborhood. Only bad thing I could say is the furniture in living room is a little uncomfortable. Who sits on the couch all day though right? Would definitely stay again!!

Great home on the canal

This home was perfect! It was extremely clean and it had all the amenities we could want - laundry, dishwasher, and detergent, cooking and cleaning supplies, great Wifi. Being right on the canal was great, we were able to have a local excursion company pick us up from the dock. Gul was a GREAT host, and I would recommend this property to anyone!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had another wonderful family vacation at Villa Vivace - our second time staying in this beautiful home. Location is great, short walking distance to Salt restaurant and a great little market. Quick drive to beach and all the restaurants and amenities in town. The house was immaculate and well-stocked with everything we needed. Faye the property manager was excellent. We enjoyed the private pool and canal bordering the property. Hope to return! Thank you!

Fun in the Sun

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Villa Vivace. The home was absolutely gorgeous with wonderful views of the water. It was perfect for our week's stay. The kitchen was set up for us to cook our meals and grill. We were able to keep up on laundry while there. We appreciated the supplies left in villa for our use.

Never disappoints. Place is alway super clean. Weekly house keeping is a plus. Ron, property manager would exceed your expectations and is always there to assist you with any of your needs, so don’t forget to take care of him and the house keeping staff as they go beyond their call of duty to make your stay as pleasant and care free as possible.

Beautiful Villa

We had a great stay at Villa Vivace! Villa was perfect for 3 couples. . Enjoyed our coffee out by the pool every morning. Condo was clean and well appointed. We used air only at night in the bedrooms. We visited a different beach everyday during our stay. Graceway IGA was very convenient and had everything you could want. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing villa!

We loved our stay at Villa Vivace! Traveled with 4 adults and a 1.5 year old. The property is gorgeous, right on a canal that we loved to swim and kayak in! Marina and great coffee shop within walking distance. The home is clean, large and well equipped for any meal you would want to prepare. Close to beaches, grace bay. Ron was so helpful, always a text away. All on one level so great for kids. A great value for an amazing villa! Thank you for memories that will last us a lifetime!

The management team, Faye and Ronald, were very accommodating and friendly. The house was immaculate when we arrived. It lacked baking pans which Ronald immediately remedied by dropping a set off later in the day. The location was quiet and within walking distance to a beach as well as a coffee shop/market on the canal. We would highly recommend it and would return.

Did not disappoint. 4 or 5 star every category. Only suggestion is a few rubber backed carpets outside of rear patio doors. Tile gets slippery after rain or pool water. Not a major issue but should be addressed

Paradise in Paradise

The pictures on VRBO cannot show the full beauty of this property in the Leeward Settlement (if you're familiar with T&C, you know). Not only is this house in a perfect location (only a few minutes from Grace Bay as well), but the team that has been put together to help facilitate the stay is one in a million! Ron met us at the door with ice cold refreshments and gave us a thorough tour of the property. Anytime we had any questions, he was available to help make our vacation a memorable one. We came away with the realization that we could never stay at a resort as long as homes like this are available! Don't miss out on this one!

Amazing

Everything about our stay was amazing. Check in and out was very easy. We had an unexpected medical need during our stay and Ron was so accommodating and helpful, it was very much appreciated. The house is everything and more that is shown in the pictures. The location is perfect. We walked to breakfast at the Market cafe almost every morning, the croissant sandwiches are a great way to start the day. My only suggestion would be to factor in the A/C cost in the nightly price, I was very conscious of when we were using the air but it was still more expensive than expected. BUT, that would not stop me from staying again. This is where we will stay anytime we come back. It was home away from home!

This villa is an absolute delight! The pictures do not do it justice! The area is so quiet and safe! This villa has EVERYTHING you need for your stay! Just go grocery shopping and you're all set! They even provide zip lock bags!!! I was amazed! They have beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, pool toys, etc. I could go on and on!! The property managers and owner are amazing and go above and beyond to help when needed and are very responsive! A HUGE THANK YOU to Faye and Ronald for their assistance during our stay and for being so attentive! We cannot wait to go back!

Beautiful home, relaxing pool, great location

We were fortunate to spend several weeks at Villa Vivace. We could not have asked for a better getaway spot during the pandemic. The house is spacious and clean, with 7 sliding glass doors that open onto the amazing covered deck next to the pool. The location catches the tradewinds & combined with the vaulted ceilings and fans creates a lovely evening breeze. The landscaping is green & full so the house and pool feel secluded and private even though you are centrally located in a walkable, safe neighborhood. The pool is big with lots of seating, including a great outdoor dining area. The hosts were lovely and the rental company very responsive. There were a lot of hoops to jump through in order to travel during covid & snowstorms, but within an hour of being at Villa Vivace we all ageeed - 100% worth it!!!!! And to top it all off, the beaches of Turks & Caicos are truly amazing. Highly recommend!!

Stay at Villa Vivace

Our Stay at Villa Vivace was wonderful. The property is in a quiet and safe feeling neighborhood. The home is very clean and set on a well manicured property. The interior is nicely laid out with an open living room/kitchen/dining room and lots of natural light . We cooked most meals in the well appointed kitchen. There is also a very nice BBQ if you prefer to grill. The pool was beautiful for swimming in. The deck provided a nice area to hang out in during the mornings and evenings. We rented a car which made it much easier to access all beaches and other areas of the island. You could walk to the sunset beach area which we think would have taken about 20min or so. Our experience with the property management company that oversees the home was excellent. Very friendly, professional and easy to get hold of. The arrival and departure process was seamless.
