Make sure all A/C units are off , fans , tv , and that the remotes for each are in their place ( holder , night stand or island ) PLEASE DON’T TAKE THEM HOME - it happened !
Dirty towels in the clothes basket ( might be in washer room ) Turn of all electrical items Make sure all water taps are off Lock the door and lock the keys back into the lockbox
