Water Edge Villa is located on the northern shore of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos; it offers two levels of luxuriously appointed living space, breathtaking views, multiple terraces, and even a private swimming pool. The beach-level living area has a beautifully designed and fully equipped modern kitchen and a living room with a 40' TV. There is also a convenient powder room. The spacious and comfortable 2nd-floor bedroom (king-size bed) commands a spectacular ocean view through its wide disappearing doors. What's better than a relaxing bath? How about a bath in a granite soaking tub overlooking the mesmerizing waters of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, BWI?
Enjoy your freshly caught fish on the gas BBQ grill (included with the villa) just outside your door!
Water Edge Villa is on the western end of Grace Bay Beach, the famous 12-mile-long strip of sugar-white sand along the island's northern shore. Away from the hotels and resorts, this area offers privacy and convenience to the Turtle Cove Marina and the six restaurants nearby without the crowds and density.

• All guests staying at the villa must be 25 y/o or older, per our owner's booking policies (except for babies and children).
• Complimentary pool heater.
• Please note this property is typically offered in one-week blocks on a Sunday-to-Sunday basis. We sometimes make exceptions to this rule if your travel dates are from mid-August to mid-October or if you are traveling within 30 days. Kindly note that exceptions are not otherwise made. Please inquire directly if this is the time frame you wish to travel, and we will see if we can make it happen!
• AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given a $150 weekly AC allotment; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs. The AC is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in.
• With the coral reef so close to the shore, a strip of rock exists between the sandy beach and the water. Some guests prefer wearing water shoes as the rock can sometimes be slippery*
