Byculla Villa is a beautiful spacious 4-bedroom Villa situated on the Leeward Canal.
Perfect for outdoor living you will enjoy the expansive pool patio, tiki bar, gazebo lounge and private boat dock from where you can take the kayaks and paddleboards to explore the canals and mangroves.

LOCATION:

The villa is situated in the private gated Leeward Community and is in close proximity to Blue Haven Marina and just a short 7-minute drive to the heart of Grace Bay.

The property is close to several beautiful beaches and is equipped with portable beach chairs and umbrellas. Choose from the world-famous beaches on Grace Bay or Long Bay where you will experience the white powdery sands and crystal-clear waters of the Turks & Caicos Islands.

UTILITIES

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.

All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.

The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.

Amazing house in a perfect location.

Property and pool were absolutely fantastic. The location on the waterway allowed for fun with the provided kayaks and paddle boards as well as a probated boat chart that picked us up at the private dock. Having a rental car was great to get around. You won’t be disappointed with this house.

Beautiful Private Canal Property

This property was great and worked out perfect for my family. From paddle boarding and snorkeling up and down the canal or just laying out by the pool, it was amazing. We rented a private charter and the boat picked us up right at the dock of the house. Besides not having the views of the ocean, the house turned out to be perfect for the family.

Beautiful rental - professional property managemnet

We stayed at the Byculla Villa located in Leeward. It was exactly as pictured, bed was comfortable and the backyard was wonderful to enjoy the beautiful Provo weather & blue water. Highly recommend any property managed by TKCA as they were extremely professional and their team was amazing.

Relaxing Vacation

Location, location, location and Villa Byculla has it. Very peaceful and relaxing yet close to town, groceries, shopping and dining. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The family and I had a great time.

Just perfect!

Our stay was perfect. The villa is very well located and offers many options. It offers lots of space inside and outside, and the fact that it faces the canal is a big plus. We will choose this same villa when we return to Turks.

Great spot!

Absolutely loved this house! Had a wonderful vacation with my parents and adult children. More than enough room for the 8 of us!! Beautiful house, great location and and the owner and property manager were wonderful to deal with. Thank you and we would love to stay again if we return to the island!

Amazing stay!

Celebrated my birthday here! House was amazing and in a great neighborhood. We were 4 couples and this house still had space for more guests. Close to everything! Used caicos catalyst charter and was picked up right from our dock. Check in and check out was a breeze!

Great house and outdoor space

We loved the set-up of the house for 3 couples to each have our own king bedroom and private bathroom. The kitchen worked out perfectly for breakfast and snacks. The outdoor space is expansive with beautiful views. The kayaks were a nice addition and easy to use. We would definitely come again!

Paradise!!!

Byculla Villa was absolutely AMAZING!!! From the moment we checked in, we didn’t want or need to leave-except for a trip to the nearby grocery store and Turks Heads brewery. We pretty much spent the morning, afternoon, and evening laying by the pool and taking in the beautiful scenery. The villa was extremely clean and spacious. Highly recommend booking this property for your visit to Turks and Caicos!

Great Place to Stay

This property is beautiful and spacious. Great place for a large group. Close to Grace Bay. Highly recommend getting a rental if you are comfortable driving on the left side of the road. There is a bit of construction happening in the immediate neighborhood and although it isn't loud, the neighborhood aesthetics are affected. I would stay here again and recommend this location to friends.

Perfection!

We had an amazing time with our family at John's fabulous villa. The house and the outdoor space are beautiful, and provided the perfect amount of common space and private space for our family getaway. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with cookware and dinnerware for our family dinners. The kayaks were definitely put to use cruising around the canals. We would HIGHLY recommend this beautiful villa!!

Great place to stay!

This villa was absolutely beautiful. The outside scenery was amazing, the pool and the canal was something out of a movie. We were greeted once we got to the villa and we were given a tour of the place. We received instructions and contact numbers during our stay. We did have an issue with the power going out the first day but once we called someone came right out. Overall we loved the Byculla Villa!

Excellent Family Vacation Spot

I echo the other reviews, this villa is exactly as pictured. Our party included 6 adults and 4 children and it met everyone's needs. John was very easy to deal with and quick to respond. Neolfi met us at the airport and made sure we had everything we needed for the week. The villa was amazing, the beds were comfortable and the amenities were perfect. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Fantastic place to stay!! John was very helpful from the beginning of us booking. We were a group of 8 staying with lots of space for us to spread out. The villa was stocked with everything you may need for your stay. We enjoyed using the kayaks available. The view is amazing and relaxing. Didn’t want to leave. John, thanks for making everything easy and relaxing for us during our stay. We had a great time and were already making plans to revisit Turks and Caicos.

Spring Break

This house is fabulous! The kitchen is fully furnished with all you need to create wonderful meals at home. The dining area on the patio provided a place for us to gather. The linens throughout the house are top notch. The outside area is huge! The landscaper has done a great job in his creation. We enjoyed kayaking in the neighborhood and out to the bay. We would definitely book this house again!
