"I loved my stay here, we had no problem with the apartment or the neighborhood especially since we stayed during 4th of july weekend. My only issue was the driveway was pretty small and I had underestimated its size which ended up leaving a scratch on my car (this is not the owners fault by any means), I noticed other cars around the neighborhood with similar driveways also had similar scratches on their vehicles as well. This wasn’t a major issue at all just wish it was photographed or listed...

"The property was very convenient for accessing many areas of Providence and beyond. Easy walking distance to Providence College gave a fun college atmosphere to the neighborhood. Quick and easy to get downtown by personal vehicle or ride share. "

Each floor had three comfortable bedrooms with a living room and small kitchen. Location was a convenient to shopping, downtown and federal hill. Another benefit was offstreet parking for 6 cars. We enjoyed our stay."
