This upscale and well-appointed townhouse has all the modern conveniences you need to relax and live. Easy access laundry, off street parking, clean modern appliances and smart devices help keep you comfortable and connected. Bose surround sound, Apple TV, cable and WiFi will keep you entertained. In warmer seasons, grilling and cocktails on the private deck make for a relaxed evening. I like to cook so you'll find a fully equipped kitchen for the at home chef. Recent updates include new furnishings, new bedding, new carpeting, and updated technology.

We had such an amazing family vacation staying at Kenneth’s. The pictures look great, but the real deal is even better. I have 16 year old twins who need to get away from the family action sometimes and there’s a whole second floor with unbelievably comfy bedrooms for them to get away—great mattresses btw, gotta love a host who puts a value on that! It’s a really really smart layout with a full sized kitchen and large living room for us to spread out and binge watch favorite shows/movies. We were watching the Gilded Age to get ready for Newport. A large living room with ample seating for a family, which is surprisingly hard to come by with VRBO or A****b. The only thing I’d point out (in the photos it’s right there to see, no surprises) is there are steps coming from outside, in and then up to bed. If you have any mobility challenges it might not be a good option.
We stayed in PVD and planned day trips to the beach, Newport and Boston. Really good location for that and seeing PVD was great too. We drove in late and were searching for food, literally just driving around came upon Piemonte Pizza. It’s walking distance from Kenneth’s and it was the best, we ordered it twice while there, take a walk and find it!
Do it, book it, Kenneth’s was the greatest stay ever!

Perfect!
This property was the perfect location for visiting family in the area. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need to cook, bake or just entertain. We will definitely stay there again when in the area.

Perfect Stay!
We loved our stay at Ken's place. The entire place was sparkling clean, it could not possibly be any cleaner! The furniture was comfortable, decor was modern and welcoming, kitchen had everything we needed, and coffee was great. The neighborhood was nice and we loved exploring Providence.

Great Place!
We stayed for a month, visiting our daughter who lived around the corner. The townhome had everything we needed for a long stay. We made many meals, enjoyed the deck in the back, and used the upstairs main bedroom as an office for remote work. Ken was very responsive and accommodating. We definitely would stay again!
