A lot of the immediate Community are college students or grad students.
Weekends there is a buzz of action however, overall it is quiet.
Its an extremely safe area but, ve smart and dont leave valuables out in the open of your car.
Air conditioning window units are located in each bedroom and one unit is located in the living Room. There are also fans provided for additional ventilation.
