The location is unbeatable — just steps from the Colmar train station, which was so convenient after a long day of travel. The lobby had a warm, charming feel, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially at reception. My room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, even though the building itself is older, which actually adds character. The room didn’t have a view (it faced the back buildings), but I didn’t mind because it was quiet and relaxing. It’s about a 20–25 minute walk to the Old Town, but I really enjoyed the walk — Colmar is a beautiful city. Highly recommend this hotel for both convenience and comfort. "

"We had an excellent stay. Room was spacious and clean, kitchenette was quite useful when traveling with a 1 year old. Swimming pool is small but nice and not busy. Reception was friendly and helpful. One suggestion would be to equip the kitchenette with some essentials like washing up liquid, kitchen roll etc. which we had to buy and leave behind."
