"The staff could not have been nicer. The breakfast was also very good. The room we had needs to be gutted and redone. The floors creak no matter where you walk. There are obvious signs that the room had a water leak from the bathroom. There was a piece of carpet that had been cut out and replaced and there were water stains in the carpet near the bathroom."

"We missed our check in time because of flight 2 hour delay, when we arrived we couldn’t find anyone and the phone number we had was a message in French. We eventually found the office inside the building, by waiting for someone to come out as you needed a to type in a number to open the door. Other than that it was comfortable practical, and staff were helpful. It was a half hour walk to the Orange Velerdrome, or the beach, which suited us."

"The area does not feel safe. Although it is on hotels.com, it does not have a 24 hour front desk. The check-in time is 3pm - 7pm. The place does not provide an alternative check-in method unless arranged before hand. We were traveling during the day without connectivity and were not able to receive their email. When we arrived in the evening, we had no way to check-in, and had to book a different hotel in the mid of the night. Afterwards, they refused to refund even we did not stay at the...

"Tried to cancel a couple of times they never picked the phone. The answering machine was full and I was unable to leave a message. The answering machine is only in french."

"Like the quiet and convenient location to restaurants and tourist areas. Room is clean. Shower is strong and hot. Air conditioning is strong. Kitchenette is handy but have to cleanup before leaving. Also have to dump our own trash at the end of the stay. No thrill budget apartment hotel is acceptable for the price. No hairdryer in room, have to ask at reception. Have to pay for extra towels. Bathroom is very small. "

"info on the Hotel.com wasn't accurate. not much facilities available nearby. very isolated. nothing closely ie shops supermarket etc.no food available after 8pm. very small rooms not suitable for 4 adults. beds offered are very uncomfortable not suitable for adult.studio advertised for 4 sleep is far too small.misleading info. will not recommend at all very disappointing. we left the place after 3nights even though we paid for 10 nights in the accommodation. "We booked this hotel at the last minute for a long weekend getaway in Provence. While we didn't really need the amenities of a residence hotel (kitchen, laundry, etc), I could see how it would be a great advantage for people staying for a week, particularly with families. "Our stay was great, the staff were amazing and so helpful, even with the language barrier. The only thing that would have made it better is a ceiling fan or stand alone fan. We were there at the end of September and it was quite warm. I cannot imagine staying in the middle of summer when it is hot, unless there is a fan. "

"Quiet and peaceful apartments in a great location 5 minutes from Argentiere beach. Well priced for what it is - recommend taking a few kitchen gadgets of your own (as most French tourists do) to ensure you have everything you need. Also bear in mind that most self catering apartments in France charge extra for bed linen, towels etc so ensure you check this and are prepared, or bring your own. "

"The location was brilliant for trips to Saint Tropez and Port Grimaud. However, decoration slightly dated. Bathroom very poor as only small 1/2 bath and no shower head holder. No toiletries and reception only open at certain times. Wifi only available for one device. Pool was closed and no breakfast options available. If it was summer months it would be a lot better. I would probably stay here again and it is still a decent option for a family."

"Stayed as a family with kids <5years old. Swimming pool and splash pool was great considering the heat. Property itself needs some upkeep and attention. It was perfect for the odd afternoon which we had a we traveled out of the resort most of the time and just used it as a base. I would not spend all my days there but considering its location to Marseille and the lovely surroundings it worked out pretty well"

"Cet hôtel est idealement placé. A proximité immediate du metro Perrier. L'hotel meriterai une renovation surtout au niveau des fenetres pas tres étanche. Coté propreté, rien a dire, c'est tres propre. La literie est confortable, c'est un plus. A chaque fois que je viens en deplacement pro a Marseille, je descends ici. L'accueil est très agreable et le personel à l'ecoute."
