"The area was set up nice with a lot amenities and things to do, especially for the area. The hostess was very helpful and informative. There is a little store for some convenience foods as the eating out is a little drive and not many options. But you do pay for the convenience. The only thing that could’ve used some improvement is the bed wasn’t very comfortable and it would be nice if they had blackout curtains."

"Clean nice room. Very helpful friendly hostess--Terri. Gave us lots of ideas of where to go on our drive the next day. Enjoyed a ride around the golf course and seeing lots of wildlife. Fun event with food truck at the resort the night we were there. "

"Closest place to Crater Lake NP south entrance to stay, other than staying inside the park. Clean, comfortable beds, A/C, drip coffee maker, ceiling fans and full kitchen. Everything you need for a great Crater Lake visit. We would stay here again."

"The Maple Leaf is a classic roadside motel that has been nicely updated and maintained. The room we stayed in was very comfortable, had nice amenities, and was absolutely immaculate. There’s a nice garden area with a 2-person swing and some tables and chairs, as well as a cooking area with a propane grill. Although they’ve added a two-story addition to the original footprint, it is still a delightfully small, friendly, quiet place to be. "

"We were very pleased with our one night stay at Union Creek Resort. The staff was helpful and friendly and they gave us good info on the area. The resort has a wonderful rustic feel with Union Creek running right beside the property. We enjoyed Beckie's Restaurant right across the road for dinner. They had reasonable prices for very good food and good service. We were able to stop at the Rogue River Gorge and the Natural Bridge that are very close (the staff can give you directions of you need them) and take a short hike on the Union Creek Trail that has a trailhead on the property. "

"The cabin was rustic, very clean and conveniently located to Crater Lake Nat’l Park’s south entrance. Host was very solicitous and communicative. Couldn’t ask for a better situation, especially given the limited lodging accommodations inside the park. "
