"This place is great! So cozy and stocked full of everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, very spacious even though there were quite a few people packed into this cabin. The hosts were wonderful, leaving our grandmother a gift, that she enjoyed greatly. The yard is beautiful, great campfire. Outdoor shower was a plus even with the September chill. We played the yard and board games supplied and had a great time. Kitchen was great with all of us, had everything we needed. Super fun decor! Thank you so much for the gift and for hosting us. We sure hope to be back!"

"This was a much needed weekend getaway. We enjoyed the view in the mornings and evening, and really enjoyed the hut tub under the stars. The space was clean, and cozy! We would absolutely consider staying here again! Thanks for having us :)"

"We had an excellent time. We are outdoor people who enjoy hiking and photographing wildlife and scenery. The cabin is clean and is laid out well for 6 people (although it was just the two of us this time). We found it to have everything we needed. It was close to the great Maine Woods logging roads and we went out to see waterfalls and the old iron furnace. What a great waterfront location and the large fire pit was a huge plus. Beautiful sunset and listening to the loons was a great surprise! Will definitely stay again. Although we didn’t bring our dogs, we would like to next time now that we have scoped it out! It’s definitely a wonderful, secluded and quiet retreat and we needed that!"

"Great location - rooms are small, but decent. Not great for a romantic getaway as the walls are thin and you can hear everything in the rooms around you and from the bathroom. Beds are fine, but pretty hard. Lights behind beds could use dimmer bulbs, they were super bright."

"Location was nice well appointed kitchen . The only issue was the oven had a gas leak of some sort an we couldn’t use it . We did try but it took forever to heat up and the whole house smelled of gas when on. The cook top was ok. I tried to text and email but got no response. We enjoyed the water front and had a nice time ."

"Wonderful views of the lake from the house. Enjoyed the 3 season screened in porch. The walk through the woods to the lake is a bit steep at the end, but worth it to experience a great spot on Moosehead Lake. Host was great to communicate with."
