"We had a pleasant stay at this property.The positives: The home was generally clean and comfortable, and the view of Profile Falls is absolutely stunning—definitely one of the best features. The hosts were kind and welcoming, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches they added. We liked the pool table, a working window AC in the living space, and a well-stocked kitchen with spices, coffee, and plenty of dishes and utensils. The location is convenient to Bristol, and we really liked the modern appliances and decor. All towels and linens were provided, and the portable fan in the bedroom was a big help during warmer nights.A few things to note: The Wi-Fi signal was very weak during our stay, and the bedroom could really benefit from air conditioning, especially in July. The master shower is open to the room with no wall or door, which may be a consideration for some guests. The couch does not pull out. The red couch in the picture has been replaced with a larger couch that one person can sleep on with two long ottomans that can be combined for another person. There were some quirks like a finicky door lock, a squeaky bathroom door.Overall, we’re thankful for the stay and the chance to enjoy the beautiful setting. With a few updates, this place could be even better. We appreciated the hospitality and would consider returning."

"We had a wonderful stay at this location. It is small inside, but the outside view is large. It is a perfect for a couple. The area has a lot to offer if you like hiking, swimming, boating our just finding wildlife. It is a condo community and there are additional rules that need to be followed regarding the common area out front of the unit. The cabin next to us found out the hard way. If you just want to relax like we did, this is the place for you. We intend to return next summer if not sooner. "

"This was my second stay here and booked a third! I stayed last fall and needed to experience it during the summer. Heaven! This cottage is perfect for a summer lake getaway. I stayed with a friend. It's quiet and private both at the cottage and on the lake. I loved the screened porch and the sunset views are beautiful. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. I can't wait to come back!"

"We had a wonderful 4-day stay at the cabin for some much-needed family time and lake fun. The space was exactly what we were looking for—two very comfortable bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a cozy living room with modern, comfortable furniture throughout. The bathroom was spotless and had plenty of hot water, which can be rare in smaller cabins. The hot tub was a great perk, perfect for relaxing after a day by the lake. One of the best parts for us was how pet-friendly the place was. Our dog settled in right away and clearly felt right at home—always a huge plus when traveling with pets. All in all, a peaceful, well-appointed cabin in a great location. We’d definitely stay here again!"

"The Hosts were amazing to deal with through VRBO as we chose this location outside of town for Bike Week in Laconia. Prior to us arriving they had notified us about the heavy rains they’ve been getting and the potential driveway challenge so they directed us to an alternate driveway into the property. The 500’ dirt driveway takes you out into the woods, past a small house and then between two small ponds before climbing a small hill up to this beautiful older post and beam farmhouse. We were able to tuck our three motorcycles into the small garage out of the weather each day and night as we were only 25min from the Laconia area. About the house.. the pictures do not due the house justice. The ceilings are high. The post and beam shows through each room. The master bedroom has no AC but the windows do open. A suggestion would to put a portable air conditioner in that room due to the smaller windows as it can get hot. The bed was extra comfortable. The other two rooms had air and nice comfy beds from the feedback we got. The back enclosed deck was nice to hang out on and grill. We were unable to find the grill light switch for the spotlight under the eve. The dining room and kitchen were spacious with newer granite type countertops. Be careful when opening the fridge to not hit the wall. The downstairs bathroom is spacious and also has a shower. The upstairs bathroom is a bit smaller and only has a tub which wasn’t an issue with our crew of five. All in all we loved it! Thanks"
