"We are two families with children who stayed in this beautiful house in March 2024, and it was a great experience. The area is quiet and away from traffic. It is located a few kilometers from the beach and is close to historical cities such as Pula and Rovinj. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the historic center of the town. There are a few restaurants, two supermarkets, and a pharmacy, doctor, and vet located within 2 minutes away by car. The structure is provided by a large parking lot....

The house was charming and characterful, very easy to relax in and the pool was great to cool off and fun for the kids. Branimir was a friendly and helpful host. Der Garten war für unseren Hund ein kleines Paradies, die Kids liebten den Pool. Ein paar mehr Spielsachen für die kleinen könnten vorhanden sein, evtl. ein paar Spielgeräte im Garten. "The villa was presented spotlessly clean, and everything has been thought of to make the stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the living area is comfortable, modern and more spacious than the photos suggest. The pool area is immaculate and the paving around the pool didn't get hot, even on very hot days, so you can walk around comfortably in bare feet. Centrally located so most sites we wanted to see were 30-45 min drive away from the house. Swings in the backyard were great for our kids!"

Water drains toward the door and runs out into the bathroom. There is no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower. "
