"This was the best apartment we stayed in during our 3 location trip. The place looks just like the pictures. We were very happy x2 beds and x2 bathrooms perfect for us. Location is a short walk to many of the popular areas. Quiet location. Would definitely recommend. Only very minor observations the number above the front door does not stand out at night when we arrived. A list inside of the apartment with restaurants, supermarket suggestions etc. would have been useful for us"

"Myself and 6 other friends came to run in the St Jude marathon and this was the perfect place for us. Everyone had their own bedroom and there was a huge open kitchen/ dining/ living room area to hang out in. Less 1/2 mile from the races start and finish!!!"

"This was my first experience with and use of VRBO, and I could not be any happier. The place was very clean and well appointed. I especially liked the decorative odes to Elvis, Al Green, Otis Redding and other Memphis giants of music. The neighborhood is akin to other cities' art/up-and-coming areas. A great benefit of this was being away from downtown but just just close enough that it was a 10-15 minute walk to places; very close to the Memphis Redbirds' stadium. Parking was a breeze....

"There’s so much to do in Memphis and this condo was a great location to do it all. It was a quick Uber ride to Beale Street in the evening. Other attractions like Graceland and Sun Studios were a quick drive in our own car with plenty of parking at the sites. We felt safe at the condo with good garage parking. We enjoyed our time in Memphis."

Upon arrival we noticed that the blinds in the windows were broken (told the property manager before unpacking our things) but noticed the day of our departure that the security camera lines were cut, but had we known that upon arriving we’d have said something to the manager. "My family, (2 adults, 2 children) stayed the weekend for my son’s basketball tournament. The house was easy to find and access. Felt very safe, even being so close to downtown. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very communicative and easy to reach. We had no issues during our stay, but she checked in to make sure we were satisfied.
