"It has potential to be better. Nice room, comfortable bed. Bathroom floor was dirty. No staff onsite, but, were available through a chat. Nicely decorated/industrial loft vibe. Thin walls, we could hear everyone around and above us- we were also next to the elevator and a very loud group right above our unit had a late check in on our last night with multiple trips on the elevator (no less than 8). We had to wonder about fire safety- our unit had a sealed inaccessible window and no fire escape...

3.0 star property

"The BnB is good, just be aware Memphis is in decay/decline. Not a single street or road has been maintained in the last 20 years.Downtown has all the new construction as far as hotels and arenas, but midtown is the orphan as far as care. TV was bragging there were ONLY 3700 cars stolen Jan-May 2024,compared to 5200 same time last year. Piles of debris, junk, old furniture along the streets all over the city add to the impression of abandonment."
