"Place was well equiped, tidy and the perfect size for us. Location was great. Shame not all the facilities were available due to it being winter, however the kids had fun on the playground. "

Property I paid for was at one location whereas what I was offered is in another remote location almost, 1 hour away from what is advertised, in the middle of nowhere. They refused to refund my money or move me to where they advertised and I paid for. This matter is being escalated to court. Book accommodation on this site at your own peril! "Perfect location and accommodation to enjoy Newquay and surrounding area"

"Absolutely stunning property in a beautiful and unique location in the heart of Holywell. The views of the dunes are wonderful from the kitchen/ dinning area. We spent many afternoons relaxing on the upstairs terrace and evenings watching sunsets. The bedrooms are lovely and situated in a way that gives everyone some privacy. Maureen had made many wonderful personal touches that made our experience all the more memorable. "

"Was thoroughly impressed with the full package on offer at SeaSpace. Great rooms and lots of additional facilities (amazing pool area, kids playgrounds, games room, laundry etc) to keep everyone happy. I know it's an aparthotel but my one gripe is that they didn't clean the rooms or change the sheets/towels. We stayed for a week and by the end things were a little sandy/musty. We could have chosen to pay for new towels and a mid stay clean but it felt like that kind of thing should be offered as the hotel part of being an aparthotel. Aside from that, loved it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend."
