Paul and David have poured their heart and soul into creating an artistic oasis, filled with beauty, comfort, and meticulous detail – truly, no stone was left unturned. While the journey off the beaten path is for the adventurous, the reward is immeasurable; I never wanted to leave. The villa served as a fantastic base for exploring western Sicily. However, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly connecting with the incredible hosts, Paul and David – two truly amazing people we feel blessed to have met. And for an unforgettable culinary experience, be sure to have Bruno cook for you. His meals were another highlight of our stay at Casa Pergola.We can’t wait to come back again and again!! "

"Oh my. What a delight!! I took a fall in Palermo (on my face) so we wanted someplace peaceful to relax and heal for a few days. This was it!! Our room was amazing. The spa was phenomenal!! All restaurants and food were top notch. Loved the bikes everywhere. 2 golf courses. Pool. Beach. This was a splurge for us, but truly spectacular in every way. "

"We were an adult family group of n Sicily for the first time and Villa Consiglio was the perfect place to explore from. The Villa, pool and its many terraces enjoy views towards Palermo and Cefalu which could be easily reached by car or train. The villa was quiet and away from the centre but just a few minutes to the town by car. The owners went to great lengths to welcome us and Carlo was always available to deal with any questions, to guide us to the villa and run us to the train station. Thanks to Alberto and Rossella for a fantastic Sicilian feast to celebrate our son’s 30th birthday.. We will definitely return! "
