The holiday home is located in the north of Dalmatia, directly on the Adriatic coast in Privlaka, 14 kilometers from the city of Zadar, about 150 meters from the water (sandy beach) and with a magnificent sea panorama. The house has 170 square meters of living space, consists of two separate apartments and is for max. Suitable for 10 persons.

First apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, a niche and a living room with exit to the 11 square meter terrace with sea views.

The second apartment is one floor up, but also has a second terrace also overlooking the sea. Equipped to a high standard are the kitchen, all bathrooms and the open living area. In the yard are the pool, barbecue as well as the three parking spaces for our guests. In the garden there is an open shower with cold-warm water.

Privlaka is a quiet picturesque resort on the Riviera of Zadar in the north of Dalmatia in Croatia. The resort is located on a large peninsula and is surrounded on three sides by the sea. The area is best known for its beautiful sandy beaches and coves. The beaches are mainly covered with fine sand and very shallow, which is especially appreciated by families with small children. In addition, the beaches are far away from the main roads and thus provide for their peace and solitude for undisturbed bathing pleasure. Clean air and healing black mud make Privlaka attractive for people who have health problems like asthma, rheumatism and arthritis.
