Fajne miejsce.

Byliśmy tutaj 10 dni z sześciolatkiem. Bardzo dużym plusem jest basen. Dość duży jak na przydomowe warunki, bardzo zadbany. Wokół basenu wygodne leżaki (jak na all inclusive).Bardzo dobrze działa wifi. Wyposażenie mieszkania nie jest najnowsze, ale jest wszystko czego potrzeba. Podczas naszego pobytu słabo działała klimatyzacja, ale nikt przynajmniej nie chciał za nią opłaty. Polecam głównie dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi. Miejscowość jest mała i spokojna, blisko do plaży.

Nasz wyjazd chociaż skończył się szybciej niż planowaliśmy to skorzystaliśmy z uroków tego miejsca. Basen jest świetną alternatywą dla nielubiących słonej wody. Mieszkanie z dobrym rozkładem i wyposażeniem.

Es ist alles vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand.Die Aufteilung der Wohnungen ist sehr gut,es gibt 2 Balkone in jeweils 2 Himmelsrichtungen und somit ist einer der Balkone immer im schatten. Alls die Wasserleitung gestreikt hat war die Vermieterin sehr bemūht das Problem sofort zu beheben. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir wūrden es sofort wieder buchen.

...die Beurteilung über die ...

...die Beurteilung über die Ferienwohnung fällt nicht positiv aus. Die Wohnung wurde ungereinigt übergeben! Die Vormieter haben sicherlich eine Grundreinigung durchgeführt (was aber nur mit einem Staubsauger möglich war, mehr Reinigungsmittel standen nicht zur Verfügung). Aber die Besitzer haben keine weitere Reinigung vorgenommen. Des Weiteren waren viele Gegenstände in der Wohnung defekt (Badezimmer offene Kabelleitungen, Schiebetür defekt von Duschwand). In den Zimmer waren Heizungsrohe abgeschnitten, was gerade für Kleinkinder eine Gefahr darstellt, weil diese nicht abgerundet waren. ...

Die Wohnung erscheint leider Teilweise recht abgewohntaus, Das Sofa ist an 2 Stellen durchgebrochen und Steinhart. An der Decke im Bad scheint ein Wasserschaden gewesen zu sein , leider sieht es dort so aus wie wenn es Schimmelt.In den Schlafzimmern hat es zwar je 2 Steckdosen, je 1 davon ist mit Klebeband abgeklebt und scheinbar nicht funktionstüchtig. Da ein privates Hundeheim in der Nähe ist hört man im Rückwärtigem Schlafzimmer Nachts lautes Hundegebell.Das andere Schlafzimmer geht zur Straße hin undin der Hochsaison ist es dort sicher auch sehr laut da die Terrasse des Lokals direkt darunter ist.Ein Großteil der in der Karte angebotenen Speisen die auch mit einem Preis versehen sind sind aber nicht erhältlich (zb alle Pizzen) Die Vermieterin spricht sehr gut Deutsch Reisetipps: Ein Ausflug ins Velebit Gebirge ist immer lohnenswert, Auch die Insel Pag ist sehr schön. Auf Vir gibt es am Inselende einen Park mit Uralten Olivenbäumen.

Sehr nette, unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Allerdings war direkt unter unserem Balkon der Ferienwohnung das Restaurant der Vermieterin(Gut und günstig), und dreimal in 14 Tagen Musik von 19 Uhr bis 24 Uhr. Da war mal nichts mit Ruhe und Ausblick geniessen. Direkt in diesem Ferienhausgebiet gab es einen kleinen Minimarkt und einen Bäcker, alles nur ein paar Minuten zu gehen. Wohnung war nicht ganz sauber, aber ordentlich . Wir haben uns erholt und die Zeit genossen, bei netten Menschen/Vermieterin.

Strandnah, bemühte Vermieter, aber einiges nicht wie angegeben

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist wirklich super. Man ist fußläufig schnell am Strand, wo sogar Hunde geduldet werden. Außerdem ist das Wasser relativ lange flach, was für Familien bestimmt sehr gut ist. Zu der Ferienwohnung: Als wir in Kroatien ankamen mussten wir die Vermieterin erst finden. Am Haus selbst war nämlich leider niemand. Über die angegebenen Nummern konnten wir auch niemanden erreichen, nette Nachbarn halfen uns dann allerdings weiter. Es gab weder eine Geschirrspülmaschine, noch einen Trockner oder eine Kaffeemaschine. Der Staubsauger funktionierte nicht und ein Kehrblech gab es nicht. Auch gab es keinen Stöpsel für die Spüle. Die Waschmaschine war im Inneren kaputt. Auch WLAN gab es leider nicht. Darüber informiert, dass es das nicht geben wird, wurden wir allerdings nur nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage. Außerdem gab es ein riesiges Ameisenproblem. Wir mussten mindestens 3x etwas sagen bis sich jemand darum gekümmert hat. Letzten Endes durften wir dann nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage die Wohnung wechseln. Die Vermieterin schien stets bemüht. Als Vermutung für den Grund der Ameisenproblematik wurde allerdings der Hund vorgeschoben. Einiges besserte sich mit dem Wohnungswechsel.
