"Great find for a 2 night stay off the beaten path for 4 adults and 5 children ranging from ages 3-12. Clean property. Easy check in/out. Owner/property manager was friendly and welcoming. Reminded us of a rustic villa you might find in Hawaii or parts of Southern California. All the rooms except 1 had AC, which was great. The best part, however, was the proximity to a 6KM beach only 5 minutes away. Cheap public parking (1 Euro per hour) and soft sandy beach with large sections of free access....

"Die Lage ist genial. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend und man ist so schnell bei dem wunderschönen Strand. Der abgegrenzte Garten ist gross und sehr gepflegt. Es hat viele Vögel und Eidechsen. Am See kann man Krebse beobachten. Wir konnten im Oktober immer draussen auf der herrlichen Terrasse essen. Das Fenster zur Küche ist sehr praktisch, da kann man alles direkt zur Terrasse raus reichen. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und immer erreichbar. Wir haben tolle Tipps für die Umgebung...

"La struttura e comoda e dotata di tutto quanto serve x una bella vacanza. Ottimi i due bagni per una famiglia. Si trova a poca distanza dal mare raggiungibile in bici con ciclabile (tranne ultimo pezzo). Nelle vicinanze anche ottimo ristorante. Per i servizi come supermercato e necessario prendere auto o bici "

"Stayed here with my family June 29, 2018, for 10 days and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house was exactly as pictured! There was room enough for everyone. My nieces stayed in the pool every opportunity they could get in. House was beautiful had everything needed to cook, relax,and have fun. "

"We spend 6 nights in this nice villa over the new year's. It has everything one needs for a pleasant stay. It must be even nicer in the summer with it's big garden and outdoor grill. In winter it was a bit cold even though every room has it's own air conditioning/heater.Giovanna, the host was very approachable and communicative. All in all, I can recommend this villa."

"Unser Aufenthalt war grundsätzlich sehr schön, jedoch verfügt das Haus über 2 und nicht wie in der Anzeige über 3 separate Schlafzimmer. 2 von uns mussten im Wohnzimmer schlafen, was suboptimal war bei einer Gruppe von 6 Personen. Hätten wir das vorab gewusst, hätten wir das Haus wahrscheinlich nicht gemietet. Ansonsten die Kommunikation mit Giancarlo hat super geklappt und San Felice und die Umgebung sind traumhaft schön mit phantastischen Stränden."

"Der Aufenthalt hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Constantino ist sehr bemüht einem beim Check-In alles zu zeigen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Besonders der Außenbereich ist sehr angenehm. Man kann mit der ganzen Familie kochen, spielen, fernsehen usw. Alles schön im Schatten mit Blick auf die Palmen im schönen Garten. Auch das Meer ist nicht weit entfernt. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in reichlicher Auswahl. Der Ort Terracina ist eine kleine...
